Wet salted fish

The fish is drained of blood, cleaned, gutted and split (so approx. 2/3 of the backbone is removed), washed and fully salted.

During winter and spring, we produce a large quantity of wet salted fish, mainly cod, which we export to Spain and Portugal. Our aim is to produce a good and stable quality.
